Firefox Uploader: Adding Accounts

The Firefox Uploader will lead you through the most appropriate automation method for your financial institution. You’ll be led through one of two configuration methods, but either method will take a very short time to set up, and will work automatically from then on. To add an account, make sure the Firefox Uploader is active, then do the following:

  1. To begin, click the Wesabe icon, and choose ‘Add Account’ from the pop-up menu. A new column opens on the left side of your browser window, and you are prompted for the name of the financial institution that you want to add.

  2. Start typing the name of your financial institution. Use the arrow keys to select it in the list, and press enter to add it to the field.

3. If you’re prompted for your username and password, your financial institution uses an automatic method for transferring account information.

3. If you’re asked to confirm the website address of your financial institution, your account doesn’t use an automatic method yet.
